  1. Pretty neat! I've been trying to post movie clips, but unsuccessfully.


    As for the exercise clip, it looks pretty simple,but when you actually do it, it's quite challenging. I'm glad my mat is thick, because my knobby knees couldn't handle it.

    It gives you a great strectch and builds up your quads, doesn't it?
