  2. Now I get...I think. For the longest time I've seen women and men, but mostly women at the gym, facing outward when doing the stairmaster, and I just thought it was "the look at me" mentality. But you say facing out really works, I'll take your word for it. Time to reevaluate my routine. Thanks!
